The cost of LED bulbs decreases with the continuous improvement of LED technology. Energy-saving lamps and incandescent lamps will inevitably be replaced by LED bulbs. The country devotes more and more attention to energy saving and environmental protection in lighting and vigorously promotes the use of LED bulbs.
What should be considered when using LED bulbs?
Why choose LED bulbs?
What are the raw materials for the manufacture of LED bulbs?
1. Antistatic
Since LEDs are statically sensitive components, the LEDs will burn out if anti-static measures are not taken during the maintenance of LED bulbs, resulting in waste. It should be noted that an antistatic soldering iron must be used in the soldering iron and that maintenance personnel must also take antistatic measures (e.g. wearing an electrostatic ring and antistatic gloves, etc.).
2. Short circuit
Many LED bulbs are defective because there is a short circuit at the foot and the true cause of the defect must be determined before repair. Otherwise, after premature replacement of the defective LED, the chip of the LED will be further destroyed by the short-circuit current when it is switched on again. So, before replacing a new LED light bulb, we first need to find out the true cause of the defect and prescribe the right medication to achieve the double effect with half the effort.
1) The light distribution technology extends the LED point light source to a surface light source, enlarges the luminous surface, eliminates glare, sublimates visual effects, and eliminates visual fatigue;
2) Integrated design of lens and lampshade. The lens has the function of focusing and protecting at the same time, avoiding the repeated waste of light and making the product more concise and beautiful.
3) High performance LED flat cluster package and integrated design of spotlight and lamp holder. It fully guarantees the heat dissipation requirements and lifetime of the LED, and basically meets the arbitrary design of the structure and shape of the LED bulb, and has the characteristic characteristics of the LED bulb.
4) Significant energy savings. Using ultra-bright high-performance LED bulbs in combination with highly efficient power supplies saves more than 80% of power than conventional incandescent lamps, and the brightness is 10x higher than incandescent lamps with the same power.
The light emitting diodes of LED bulbs are usually made of semiconductor materials such as gallium arsenide and gallium phosphide. They emit light when a forward current flows. The color of the light depends on the material used and can be red, yellow, green and infrared light etc. Light-emitting diodes are usually cast in transparent plastic, with long pins representing the positive pole and short pins representing the negative pole. Some LEDs have three pins that can emit two light colors depending on the voltage of the pins.
